Padang Trust ("PTS") is an independent trust company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore since 2007. The company is established by Tan Hin Tat and Augustine Soh, who are the founding partners of the law firm named Hin Tat Augustine & Partners.
 
PTS allows Hin Tat Augustine & Partners to expand its services in wealth planning and management. With skills gained from many years of practical legal experience, they are able to identify issues and provide effective solutions to customers who wish to preserve and enhance their wealth and manage it over several generations. 
 
PTS aims to build strong and long-lasting relationships with all their customers, investing time in analysing each client's unique situation. A trust is just one of the many tools of wealth management and it is essential to understand a customer's needs and objectives before the establishment of a trust. Proper tax and legal advice must be obtained based on all relevant information. As an independent company, PTS accepts many different types of trust assets including investment portfolios, real property, family business and insurance policies. PTS also works with a wide range of consultants to provide customers with maximum flexibility in terms of banking, investment and other management services.
