Ms Angelina Peh is a highly accomplished leader in sales channel management, bringing over 20 years of expertise in delivering distribution excellence. Since joining AIA Singapore in 2006, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the agency force's strategic direction and reinforcing the company's status as a market leader.
As Head of Business Development, Angelina oversees the delivery of AIA Singapore's financial and strategic objectives. She focuses on advancing foundational capabilities, enhancing support functions, and building long-term channel effectiveness. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to accelerating agency productivity and fostering seamless collaboration across key stakeholders.
In addition to her executive role, Angelina serves as the MDRT Vision Team Chairperson. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in elevating AIA's global MDRT standing, championing professional standards, and inspiring sustainable growth among representatives.
Prior to her current appointment, Angelina served as Senior Director of Agencies at AIA Tampines, where she was credited with deepening the leadership bench and spearheading transformative development initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
