AIA Financial Advisers (AIA FA) aims to provide customers with more choices and greater accessibility for quality and professional face-to-face financial advice.
 
Our representatives are carefully selected after a comprehensive selection process to ensure that they have the relevant knowledge and experience, and place high values on putting customers' interest at the heart of everything they do. AIA FA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIA Singapore and will be well supported by the expertise and talents within AIA Singapore.
AIA Financial Advisers' Management Team comprises of veterans with vast experience in the financial services industry. The dynamism and commitment of the leadership places AIA FA in a strong position where customers can place their trust in us to help them fulfill their financial and health needs.

Damien Tan

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Damien Tan is the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Financial Advisers (AIA FA), Singapore and is responsible for overseeing and managing its continued development and growth. He leads the division to identify areas to refine and further strengthen AIA's distribution network, providing customers with even greater access to quality and professional financial advice.
 
With over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, Damien has held key regional roles in business development, distribution strategy, sales management, and operations across life, general and group insurance initiatives.

Daniel Yeo

Head, Risk and Compliance

Mr Daniel Yeo leads the Risk and Compliance function which provides risk, regulatory compliance and market conduct oversight, assurance and advice to the business and the Board. He is passionate in embedding a strong risk and ethical culture.
 
Daniel brings with him over 20 years of compliance experience and has held senior leadership roles in the financial services industry, spanning across life insurance, trust and banking. He is conferred the designation of Fellow member of the International Compliance Association, is an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and is awarded the IBF Advanced (Compliance) certification. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance).

Raymond Ng

Head, Business Development

As Head of Business Development, Mr Raymond Ng leads the Business Development Function for AIA Financial Advisers (AIA FA). He is responsible of delivering the financial and strategic goals, supporting the building of the distribution's foundational strengths and enhancement of business development support capabilities.
 
With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry and across various disciplines, Raymond has held various positions in Financial Sales, Banking, Business Development and Recruitment, as well as held senior leadership role in Recruitment function where he achieved an exceptional growth in total net manpower over the past 4 years for AIA Singapore.
 
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science (Economics) with National University of Singapore.

Annie Lee

Principal, Operations

Ms Annie Lee oversees and manages the AIA Financial Advisers (AIA FA) operations for third party products.
 
Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and brings with her more than 20 years of industry experience to her position. She has held key leadership roles across functions and her experience range from life operations, distribution support to project management and achieved diverse function goals.

Alvin Tan

Head, Business Management

Mr Alvin Tan leads the Business Management team which manages the core operational functions of the Company, overseeing finance, planning, communication, and events.
 
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Alvin has held various leadership position from business development to product sales management as well as business management in the agency distribution channel

Shawn Goh

Head, Business Development

Mr Shawn Goh brings along with him over 20 years of experience in multi-channel distributions such as Bancassurance, Independent Financial Advisory, HNW International Brokerage and General Insurance distribution.
 
As Head of Business Development, Shawn will be responsible for generating new business opportunities that drive revenue and market share growth. Prior to his appointment, he was Senior Director of Agencies at AIA Singapore. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Nanyang Technological University.
