situation in Singapore -
under the ‘Disease Outbreak Response System Condition’ (DORSCON) level is at ORANGE Alert
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, with effect from 16 April 2020, please note that all face-to-face
interactions with customers will cease during the circuit breaker period.
Our customer service centres located at 1 Finlayson Green and 3 Tampines Grande will be closed. However, you
can book an appointment for us to call you on the following 4 essential services:
1) Policy Loan
2) Termination and Withdrawal of policy benefits
3) Claims Submission
4) Nomination of Beneficiaries
